SI has a pretty nice (and robust) workflow to write, review and publish the content that ends up in the elearning training courses and TeamMentor.
This can be done remotely (for example one of current SME's is in Cambodia at the moment), and is a great opportunity to earn some extra revenue (if you have the cycles).
