I was able to upload a psd (photoshop file) to Pixlr.com:
And in less that one minute I had what I wanted: a smaller version of the TM logo in a transparent background:
Very cool on Pixlr.com to make it so easy (I'm sure there is a cost of using this service, but for now, I got what I needed, so I can go back to coding)
